1. Case background

Fault phenomenon: Recently, our company received a compressor that needed maintenance and debugging. The customer reported that the equipment got stuck directly after starting up for about 1 minute, but the previous shutdown status was normal;

Root cause: Our maintenance engineer tested the equipment and found that the check valve at the exhaust end of the compressor equipment had been removed; while in the shutdown state, high-pressure gas backflow caused the compressor to reverse, causing the failure;

Deep lesson: The customer used an electronically controlled check valve to manually open and close it. Over time, this procedure was forgotten.


2. The core importance of check valves

In fluid transportation systems such as fans, compressors, and pumps, check valves (also known as check valves and one-way valves) are core components to ensure equipment safety.
