1. Working principle

Roots blower

The gas is only pressurized against the back pressure of the pipeline after it is discharged from the cavity, without internal compression .

It is a forced air transmission, and the air volume is basically only linked to the rotation speed and is not affected by small fluctuations in pipeline resistance.

Advantages: simple structure; convenient maintenance; no lubricating oil inside the cavity, and the output gas is clean.

Oil-free screw compressor

The yin and yang rotors mesh and rotate, the cavity volume continues to shrink, the pressure continues to rise, and the gas is compressed in the machine.

Advantages: Smooth operation, lower vibration and noise; outstanding energy-saving advantages in medium and high-pressure working conditions, more energy-saving than Roots blowers; lower exhaust temperature.

2. Give priority to Roots blower

1. Low pressure, continuous constant flow working conditions: municipal sewage biochemical tank aeration, aquaculture oxygenation;

2. Powder transportation with limited budget, low conveying pressure and small pipeline resistance;

3. Gas transportation does not have high requirements on noise level or extreme energy consumption;

4. The working conditions are intermittent operation and the annual operation time is short.
