This past weekend, our company organized all employees to go to Lushan, the sacred mountain of humanity, and embarked on an in-depth journey that combined historical exploration, team collaboration and natural exploration. The three-day trip is not only a physical and mental relaxation, but also an in-depth experience of team spirit training and cultural exploration.

Day 1: Echoes of history and understanding of humanistic heritage

On the first day the team arrived at Lushan, they were immersed in the unique charm of this 'Holy Mountain of Humanities'. First, we visited the historic Meilu Villa and felt the atmosphere of the various leaders who lived here; then we walked along the mountain trail and walked through the overpass, the good luck stone, the dangerous peak, the negotiation platform, the Fanyin Spring, and finally arrived at the Fairy Cave, where everyone felt the mysterious artistic conception of the blend of nature and humanity.

Day Two: Refining the team and inspiring the fighting spirit

The next day, in the early morning in the valley, I was awakened by the vitality of the team. We kicked off the event with a team-building project. In projects such as drumming and ball-playing, magic pen Ma Liang, and dragons fetching water, colleagues competed in groups, which not only exercised teamwork skills, but also enhanced mutual understanding and trust.

Beating the drum and bumping the ball: The ball rises and falls, which tests the concentration and tacit understanding and uniform rhythm.

Ma Liang, the magic pen: Everyone wrote 'win' together with one stroke , witnessing the power of collective wisdom.

A group of dragons fetch water: trust and strategy merge at this moment. The team members supported each other and cooperated skillfully to successfully 'get water'.

In the afternoon, the team walked into the solemn site of the Lushan Conference of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, reviewed history and drew spiritual strength.

Then, the passionate drift ignited the summer carnival! The rubber boat was undulating and flying in the rapids, and the sound of water, laughter and shouts were intertwined. Everyone held paddles together and enjoyed the excitement and fun.

Day Three: Climb high and reach far, cultural context nourishes the soul

At the end of the trip, we visited the Donglin Giant Buddha in a pilgrimage mood and felt the solemnity and tranquility of Buddhist culture. With piety and determination, the seven warriors successfully climbed to the top.

In the afternoon, we walked into Bailudong Academy, a thousand-year-old institution, and the thousand-year string songs seemed to travel through time and space. In the profound context of 'the best academy in the world', team members feel the learning atmosphere of ancient academies and inject rich cultural nourishment into modern professionals.

Imprint Lushan, gather strength to start a new journey

The wheel drove away from the mist-shrouded Kuanglu, bringing back not only the beautiful scenery and smiles in the camera, but also a heavy harvest: this trip to Mount Lushan was about relaxation and baptism, and more importantly, through shared experiences and activities, Aertrans Team members have a better understanding and trust among each other, return to work, and join hands with fuller enthusiasm and closer assistance to embark on a new journey of development; we believe that such team-building activities will inject continuous vitality and creativity into the company's future development.
